Terry talks initially about our country and a fundamental shift in our thinking when it comes to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We have seen that with the passage of time our thinking has become more liberal and the rights and laws have tended to come to mean something other than intended some 200 years ago. And, we have that right as a country and a people to change things within the law to better suit us.
